mission

Sunday we headed out early and drove out to where our students have been living and ministering for the past week!  It was so fun to see them in their element, to hear about all they've been doing and what they've been learning.

What a joy to close out a great week of ministry in the Gaudin community. Every house in the area heard the Gospel and received prayer, hundreds of children were loved on and learned about following Jesus, dozens of decisions were made for new life in Christ, and many church members were involved in discipleship and Bible study. Thankful for these staff and students who partnered all week with the Gospel going out and taking root in Gaudin, for His glory!

Next trip, Gonaives...partnering with one of our students to stay and minister in the orphanage where he grew up, sharing the Gospel in an area that's celebrating it's Voodoo roots that same week.

I love these chances for our students to go places they haven't been, minister alongside people who need their help and encouragement, sharing the Gospel in creative ways--even among people who haven't heard--in their heart language, in culturally relevant ways, with understanding...and have their own hearts changed.

This week Dr. Ray is with us again and teaching a Master's course...Understanding the Learning Process.  We're all getting final grades in and wrapping up the last year and already diving into registration and applications and interviews!
