Spoke to my sister a bit yesterday on her way home from the Friday/Saturday funeral and burial and of course, wish I could have been there.  Thankful for some meaningful and special times they all shared celebrating the life of Grandpa and learning more about it from each other.  Thank you for your emails, FB messages and prayers--very grateful.

Friday was our all-day annual OMS Field Council meeting due to the same day being a Haitian holiday, then yesterday and today have been spent catching up, resting, at the church here in Saccanville, playing corn hole and in the sprinkler, snuggling kittens, visiting with friends, making crafts, doing laundry, etc.
Bubba is safely back at Dodo's side in Canada, and this week we are excited to have our dear friends from Port-au-Prince join us for a few days, Greg and Cathie.  It has been TOO long and as we all know, catching up through email is JUST no where near the same as spending a few days together!  So thankful they are coming.

We also took our annual all school picture on Wednesday...and were in peals of laughter as our space continued to fill to overflowing, only to have more students come running out of the men's dorm!  We haven't had this many students in a very long time!  (The 12 students enrolled only in our English program are not in this picture).  Very blessed to be a part of this very special family at EBS...representing so many ministries, churches, families, cities and villages throughout Haiti!
