Farmland Friends

On our way to Farmland Friends Church this morning, Lily asked if they would have a snow cone machine.

I think maybe we've been in America too long.

And no they did not.  Instead, they had a light up gum-ball machine, which was still really fun.  :)

It was simply a wonderful morning...though we had never been to FFC, they've prayed for and helped us be in Haiti for several years now and it was great to finally meet everyone!  The worship was wonderful, praying and worshiping together was a huge a blessing, and everyone was so thoughtful and gracious and encouraging.

Places like FFC make us so thankful to be in His Body...meeting men and women who are our brothers and sisters and being encouraged and inspired by their great love, by their care of each other, and by their desire to serve and please God.  Such a gift to worship with you this morning, Farmland Friends Church!  Thank you, especially, to Joanne, for bringing us all together!

We had dinner with dear family friends tonight, are unpacking, and tomorrow repacking for a few days we are really looking forward to at Camp Sychar!  This is our first time speaking at a holiness camp as a family (Matt's gone to a few before), and the girls, especially, can't wait to sleep in a cabin!  We are being featured Tuesday, and can't wait to understand how much everyone LOVES this camp!

First, we'll meet up with some other dear family friends tomorrow, and then sadly say goodbye to Adam, Lisa and baby girl :(.
