Happy news of the day...
Dodo and Bubba are on their way!
They should be here around noon for a full nine days with the girls and us...we're just a little bit excited! Very grateful to have family coming for Thanksgiving!!
Also, after several days down, the internet is back up again this morning, and we're Thankful!
Classes are going well, wonderful friends are helping cover Matt's classes, OMS Thanksgiving Thursday is in the works (post a comment if there will be more than 40 around your table!), and the girls are great.
Not so happy news of the day...
Matt's had about all the Haitian Happiness he can take (4 days), and yet is back in bed this morning sick, sick, sick. He started on Cipro today, again thanks to a team who generously left their medications, and is drinking lots of coconut water and Pedialite...hopefully he'll be on the mend soon!
Is it your personal table, Stacey, or somewhere on the OMS station? Cause if you're counting an OMS Haiti gathering, I think we can top that since we're doing Thanksgiving dinner with all 80 of our SIM Burkina colleagues! ;) I guess when you live overseas you go a little nuts with some of these things!
