Merry Christmas!

We are safely home from the Dominican and had such a fabulous time...we hit the ground running, had a great Christmas Eve party tonight, watched The Nativity movie together and now are heading to bed...Christmas morning comes early with a 4 and 2 year old :)!

The girls have spent the last 3 weeks learning Luke Chapter 4 to surprise our family tonight...Lily got a little stage fright, but it was so fun :)  Wanted to share...

Every single time I have heard Lily say, "Do not be afraid, I bring you Good News of Great Joy which will be for all people...Today has been born a Savior!"...it hits me anew.

This Christmas, do not be afraid.  We have been waiting for Good News...for Great Joy...for His love and His salvation, come into the world.

Tonight, Lily asked me if Jesus was born tonight, or tomorrow morning.  I had the great privilege of telling her this truth:

He has already COME.

Merry Christmas, dear family, for He sent His Son, God in the Flesh, for you!
