friends

Oh, the day started early.  With a few dear friends over for the night, it was a late night of giggling girls, and church began at 7 this morning, with 16 in the 15 passenger van.
I know I've taken a thousand pictures of our village fields, but...still so beautiful.
These precious girls have such a good time together....Sofie and Marthe-Lauratha, especially, are two peas in a pod, for sure.
It's been a long long time since we've been to a church we've never been, but this morning we joined Pastor Codo (who teaches at Emmaus) and his wife (who was one of our master's students) at their crowded little church for the first time, and it was great!
So thankful for godly men and women, preaching the Gospel and living it, besides.
After church we drove through town for some lunch and to let the kids all swim....

And by the time we got everyone home and fed, mom and dad are wiped!  This week is a big one, teaching and prepping for the board arriving next weekend and a very full few days with them! Off to bed!
