divide and conquer

Matt is safely in Indianapolis, at a missions dinner tonight and then preaching several services tomorrow morning at Southland Community Church in Greenwood, IN.  (If you're in Greenwood, run over!!)  He called today to tell me that his life is finally FALL, and he is deeply enjoying cool weather, yellow trees, and some kind of butternut squash soup at Panera :)  He may never be coming home :)

Meanwhile, we've been playing and working lots with Aunt Sharon, spending this beautiful afternoon at the beach, and yesterday afternoon playing all kinds of imaginary games in the yard...

Aunt Sharon's always game :)   Such a gift to have family with us for a few days!  She also babysat one evening before Matt left and gave us a date night, and has been helping big time with homeschooling...divide and conquer is the WAY to go.

A medical team of 11 arrived today, gearing up to do mobile medical clinics all over the area...partnering with several Emmaus church plants with doctors, nurses, pharmacists and dentists, and even one of our student churches in the mountain-mountains on Friday!

Tomorrow we are all of to one of these church plants to worship with Phida, Nosebin, Simon, and 100 relatively new believers at DuFour.

Our dear friend Autumn, (and our New Bedford Church sister!) who is a major player in pediatric occupational therapy truly throughout Haiti is finally in the North and we girls can't wait to catch up with her tomorrow as well before heading into a full week!

Thank you for your prayers for our family while it's apart and for worship tomorrow!
