Aw man. We HATE it when Uncle Don goes. Life is always sweeter when more family is here.
So thankful for the time we did have, more memories, lots of good work done, lots of fun memories for the girls, and lots of catching up.
The whole team was just fabulous...hard working, servant hearted, quick to love and quick to help. We were blessed by everyone of them, and so grateful to have a vet on the team for Callie, Rosie, Boone and Pepper to get their first ever vaccinations and shots and medication.
When it was time to go, they left Rosa after a special time of prayer, who will be interning here at Emmaus! Originally from Mexico and living in New Jersey these past four years, we are all excited to see what God has in store for her time with us in Haiti!
After such a busy week, it was beautiful to have a quiet weekend, full of family time, shared meals, soccer and gorgeous weather.
Very blessed to be living in community and for these happy girls...even if one of them CANNOT keep her clothes on :)
Wonderful... and hillarious!
