let it begin!

Thank you, West Park Team...not only for all of your hard work, beautiful attitudes and great service...but also for giving Lily her first VBS ever.  Which she wished lasted 90 days.

We were grateful to have you and hope that, someday (after 7 unsuccessful hours at the airport yesterday and back again this morning) you will get back to New Jersey!

 What a joy, today, to be reunited with so many brothers and sisters for whom we have been praying...whom we've been MISSING.  Only God could have brought us the bunch He has, and we are so thankful to find them good (albeit, a little skinny!) and READY for a new year.

We have been reminded many times that the mission field EVERYwhere is a battle.  Sometimes physical.  All the time spiritual.

That's why He calls it the Armor of God.

It's why you're called Prayer Warriors.

Thank you for being WARRIORS for us in praying for the spiritual battles the whole Emmaus family faces every day as we strive to plant and BE the Gospel deeply.  

Our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces (Eph 6:12), and in that, your prayers are POWERFUL.  THANK YOU!!
