Suitcases have all been unpacked, the dishwasher appreciated to it's every drop (as is a pint of Moose Tracks. Ok, as WAS), a schedule is forming... transitioning once again.
Matt has met with his advisor a few times now and is heading for Cambridge Sunday, working away.
The backyard of my youth is now Grandpa's backyard of my girls' youth...they love it...the playground, the exploring, bubbles, bonfires, playing princess, riding the goose, playing in the sandbox, chasing the cat, and yesterday, even digging up groundhog bones...all the same things I remember doing with MY little sister in the summertime. So good to be able to share that with them.
While three of the tests for Lily have come back clear, we are STILL waiting for two more results and follow-up...and at this point, I'm sure that will be AFTER Memorial Day. Nonetheless, the amoxicillin is doing it's work and the girls are finally hacking less, whining less and feeling a bit better! No vomiting of ANYONE in 24 hours--I'm happy.ier. Now, just working on eating and getting lots of rest. I think the end of the year wore them out as much as it did us...
We've been hearing from Abel every other day or so, and Mark and Sarah are now preparing for a team coming in with Hoops for Haiti, but staying at Emmaus, on Tuesday. Everyone and everything is good...aside from Ezechiel. Post on that this weekend...
We're hitting the road again tomorrow morning to see my aunts and grandparents in PA for the long weekend...they haven't seen the girls in almost a year, and will be thoroughly shocked by their long pigtails and overwhelming busy-body-ness :)
Thank you for your ongoing prayers! As soon as we know for Lily, I'll let you know...
Glad to hear everyone is on the mend. Thinking and praying for you. Missing you, too, actually. Wish our Home Assignment timing worked out better so we'd get to see you. :(
