On the 29th we had my family Christmas with the now White, Lind, Northam, Ayars families. It was lovely to have good time with everyone, to enjoy gifts and goodies and to play a few rounds of Apples to Apples. We were so blessed this year to have Christmas's with all of our family members!
Lily is entering the "completely enamored with all things princess" stage, and was SO in love with herself in this dress. It was just adorable.
Now everyone has headed back to their lives and jobs and we're packing up and getting ready to do the same...Reports of possible unrest following an announcement on January 4th may delay us a bit in Florida to get back into Haiti, but we'll be to Florida on the 4th and play it by ear. Till then, we're going to enjoy this chilly weather (at least Matt and Lily are :), enjoy a few days with my Daddy, and enjoy a few more days without all of the political tensions, cholera concerns and daily Haiti struggles that will soon become a pressing part of life again. Nonetheless, we are excited to be home and done traveling, and anxious to be back to work among family and friends for His Kingdom in Haiti...the one that, at least for now, He has called us to.
