I'm so sorry...I started coming down with a cold Tuesday night...Emma by Wednesday (head in hands)...Nora with a stomach bug and several night up throwing up. What in the world. All new things.
It is hard keeping nine people well.
We also had the hurricane hit Matt's parents and brother in Ft Meyers (everyone is ok, but all still without power), celebrated Matt's birthday on the 29th, had WBS board meetings Thursday/Friday...it was JUST a really busy week, especially to not be feeling well.
Today we celebrated Matt's favorite thing by going to the pumpkin patch, and while I'm still just not feeling well, I was grateful to watch all these kiddos burying each other in the corn and giggling their way through corn mazes. There has been so much hard these last six months, and so much grace.
I think of Matt as leaves start to turn colors, knowing it's his favorite!
