In a totally unexpected plot twist, Nora has been begging and begging to go to school. She's been lots of times to take the girls, and for months she's been asking to go, and finally when they started up the year Monday without her... she's been beside herself.
SO...we're gonna give it a go and see if this spunky just-3 year old can "play with all my friends, but I don't know their names yet" and start formally learning, in Creole, at the same school as her sisters! "Don't forget to pray for me!" she yelled as she ran for the car, knowing that I always promise her sisters...and I don't think we have to worry about that.
On the side, I want to publicly say that Matt Ayars might be the best dad out there. He is carrying a big load, and has a very full day today...but is joining in on preschool this morning and patiently bouncing a baby and taking sweet moments with each girl in the dark morning hours. I love him and it overflows my heart to see these girls with their dad. Couldn't do it without him...wouldn't want to.
