If you were a tad concerned for us (I'm not gonna lie: I was a tad concerned for us today) we have made it home...early start, late finish, and a lot of hurry up and wait in between...but Matt is safely to his conference and geared up ready to go and the girls and I are safe and sweaty home, unpacked and exhausted to bed. THANK YOU for praying for us today and this week...that was a lot of miles and a lot of illness and a lot of emotions for 6 days, and He's graciously brought us safely home!
Pray for girlie's hearts as we all deal together with the realities of a nomadic life...loving and leaving and leaving and loving. Today was a particular struggle for Lily, who deeply enjoyed every precious moment with Elana of Ecuador-America, and He graciously planned the Beatitudes as our nighttime reading tonight...tears poured as we read through the wise man, building his house on the rock so that when the rains come, he is able to stand firm on Christ. Praying that for my not-so-little girl.
Nora, Lily, Sofie and I are all feeling like 80%...praising the Lord for His healing...
