Echo of Calvary

This morning we headed to Echo's of Calvary, a Church of God led by one of our students and her husband, Emanie and Stephenson.

The church had such a small front that we were misled into thinking it was a little church!  It was packed out, and the worship was fanTASTIC.  The church had a lot of talent, musically, and it was great to see several other students there and to see a really solid leadership team!
When it's time for tithe, you gotta get up and join the line, which today, was kind of like a conga line.
Then, Junior (on his 31st birthday!!) translated for Leroy as Leroy spoke about giving no excuse for sin.  It was getting really hot by now, but they shared like champs, and people were obviously touched by the message.

We then took June and all out to lunch for Junior's b-day at the hotel 2 minutes from the church, and that was really nice, too.  It's a blessing to see our kids love and be loved on by our visitors all the time.

Matt is safely at Avon Park and meeting lots of people, joining in on lots of prayer and evangelism sessions, and getting ready to speak several times tomorrow!

Here's a few clips from the service, with one song you'll recognize!
