Easter weekend

Today my boy was 100%...ornery, hungry, busy...and I'm so thankful for his complete healing.
I'm also so thankful for a wonderful 24 hours at the beach with Grammy and Pop-Pop and friends.  The girls' friends joined us yesterday, and our Emmaus missionary team joined us today!
It's beautiful there, and someone else cooks :)

Sofie and Marthe-Laura are both squirrels and as peas-in-a-pod as they came...they had such a fun day together!
Nora takes swimming very seriously, and only comes out of the water for ice cream.

So thankful Grammy and PopPop were able to join us this special Easter week!

This girl.  She's something else :)

We got home this evening and are getting ready for tomorrow.  The last few years Matt has preached at the Cap-Haitian English Fellowship on Easter, but with so many missionaries leaving Haiti this past 12 months, this year's English service will be here at Emmaus.  About 30-40 people will be gathering together for worship some of the teens are leading, a drama (which could be quite exciting) that the Emmaus 7 kiddos are doing, Matt is preaching, and then we're celebrating together with a potluck brunch.

Wherever you are tomorrow, know where He is...Risen....and however you celebrate, celebrate with our eyes fixed on the true hope.  I was reading in Acts today man, the true Gospel for which many have died...the death that could not hold Him, the new life we've found because He did...Happy Easter.
