the week in pictures

First, this gift basket is being given away by Emmaus...get on EBS's Facebook page and comment to put your name in for the drawing!
Sofie and her new teacher, Madame Zigi.  I love how much this girl loves school and her teacher and her friends and how hard she works...Sofie and school are an answer to many prayers.
Nora and lipstick
Matt leading devotions for our Friday-Sunday of OMS meetings...there's a lot to go through and a few people here from HQ...prayers appreciated!

While we're meeting, the girls are building earthquake proof shelters :)

And making garlands for Ben
Meals in between meetings
One day I came home from work, and Nora said the cat had pretend boo boos, which needed pretend bandaids, by cutting up notecards and gluing them on.  Though she insists it definitely wasn't her that did it.

Lily came home and cut all the cards off.  So, now the cat has bald patches and chunks of glue in his well loved fur.
Lily and her teacher, Met Pitit-Homme...she's loving him, and again, I'm so thankful!
More meeting meals :)
Despite all the doctoring, the cat still adores her.  Or is being held down against his will.  Either way :)

One of our students lost his mom this week, Jopnel (the guy whose story I just shared a few weeks ago).  Tomorrow is the funeral, and several of our students and staff are going as that we have OMS meetings...please pray for him...he's so devastated, and the oldest child in the family with both mom and dad now gone...a lot of responsibility.

That's all I got...we're beat!!  Thanks for the love and prayers!
