birthday girl

Today our Nory-Girl turned three.  We named her Nora for "light" and Joy for the knowledge that she would be...and she's lived up to both, continually bringing lots of spunk and hilarity to our lives!  It was a fun day...celebrating with Aunt Lisa's gift of a slip-n-slide, picking up grandpa from the airport, and having her Minnie Mouse cake, which she's talked about for weeks and showed every single person who came to the door today.

This little man really likes to sleep all day and fuss all evening.  We love him.  He's getting so big...already :(  He is already 11 lbs, the weight Nora hit at 3 months!

Grandpa brought Yahtzee, and had all three girls laughing up a storm...it's also been really fun introducing Dad to Ben!!

Sofie keeps giving Ben babysitting jobs :)
Aunt Sharon and Lily worked on sewing projects while she was here, and yesterday Lily wore her new skirt and headband to school...she was so proud :)  I love when our kids have the chance to learn some of the many things I can't teach them!

I've been getting back to the office...but I'm just not ready to leave Ben yet...so he's been the best part of the bookstore.

Mark and MaryBeth got safely in today from Atlanta and will be joining us this year helping in academics and the library...so our team is growing!
