baby day

We didn't know it was going to be, but yesterday ended up being kind of a baby day.  Always a good thing :)

Baby Christie pretty much loves me.

The girls made a cuddle nest for Christie and stared at her for an hour while she slept!

Having some great time with her and with Maxi and Kerline was a blessing...

One of my favorite things about breaks from class is the chance to spend extra time with friends like this.

Then, we spent our afternoon climbing the mountain (literally) to Gertha's home and spending some time with her, Wislin and Baby Thalyia, who everyone continues to call Baby Thalyia, though she long ago surpassed Sofie in size.

The girls loved it, and Thaylia did, too.  Though she still doesn't like having her picture taken :)

We came home only to find this baby in our tree, again.  Trying to be an ornament...or at least to break them all.

Add in an evening catching up and scheduling with our EBS missionary team...it was a great day.

Now, we are off to Claudin's to sit with and pray with their family...I must admit to not looking forward to this visit as much as the others.  Praying we can carry the Source of love and encouragement in a dark time to their dear family...
