Matt had a wonderful birthday yesterday! He "fun" studied, played his guitar from his parents, opened presents and cards, had Chicken curry for dinner and chocolatey fudge cupcakes. We watched a movie last night, and he was able to speak to his family and Stacey's family! It was an altogether good day, and with gifts of TastyKakes, Reeses Cups and a specially purchased Diet Coke, it felt quite American. Somedays, we're finding, it's ok to feel American :) We spent the day talking about you each, and what we would be doing if we were with you, even down to what our cat would be doing if she had been here! We're continually grateful for you each, even from so far away!
