missing

I've had several people reach out now regarding updates. 

For some reason FeedBurner, the program I used to email subscribers each time I updated a post, terminated all email subscriptions in August...so you thought I wasn't writing, I thought you weren't reading, and now you're a month behind (nobody has time for that, just let it go :) 

I AM still updating frequently...you're just not getting the updates emailed to you...so you gotta check the blog frequently for updates. I'm working on a new app, but can't figure it out without Matt, who is leading 6 am Bible studies several mornings a week and is out by 9 pm...the time when "my" time actually starts. I'll get it fixed soon I hope.

Several people have also reached out RE: Facebook. Part of our complicated fostering/licensure process has involved not being able to share a lot of things on Facebook...which makes sense for protecting our bonus kiddos, but means we've felt even more cut off from friends and family around the US and in Haiti. I also took 21 days off social media for a fast our church was doing, which was a good and worthwhile reboot...but again. even more out of the loop.

As I'm sharing there less, I have been sharing here more (but then you haven't been getting updates...soooo.)

Long story short: not the Jackson flooding...foster care and fasting...check here more.
